Indoor Vendors

  • All Vendors registering will need to create a University Guest Account as part of the process.
  • If you wish to have electrical at your booth you must select it during registration.
  • Any oversized equipment must be approved before arrival NO EXCEPTIONS
  • NO OUTSIDE FOOD or BEVERAGES. If you wish to provide any food items they must be purchased directly from Canterbury Park.

  • Vendor setup will begin on Monday October 5th at 7:00 AM NOT BEFORE.
  • All Indoor Vendor items must be removed by the end of the day Thursday October 8th
  • Cost for Indoor Spaces will be $750.00 per space with a maximum of 2 spaces per Vendor. An additional $45.00 will be required for Vendors needing power hookups in their space.

 

 

 Outdoor Vendors

  • All Vendors registering will need to create a University Guest Account as part of the process. 
  • NO OUTSIDE FOOD or BEVERAGES. If you wish to tailgate or provide food and drink at your booth you must purchase items directly from Canterbury Park.

  • Tent rentals can be rented through Canterbury Park Only and must be done in advance at a first come first serve basis.

  • Equipment setup will begin on Monday October 5th at 7:00 AM NOT BEFORE.
  • All Equipment must be removed NO LATER than 12:00 PM on Friday October 9th. Anything left after that time will be towed at owners expense.
  • Forklifts will be available for unloading on a first come first serve basis.
  • Cost for Outdoor Spaces will be $2500.00 for 50X100 spaces with a limit of ONE space per Vendor or $1250.00 for 50X50 with a limit of 2 spaces per Vendor.

 

By registering for a vendor space, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these rules. If any of these rules are not followed you may be removed from the event without refund.
